Privacy,
without mystery.

This policy explains the information Voxel Pulse Games uses when you visit the website, play a browser game, or enter the Riftbound Player Hub.

The essentials

Only what the
experience needs.

We use account and gameplay information to operate community features, protect players, and improve the games. We do not sell personal information.

01

Information we use

Google sign-in provides a stable account identifier, your verified email address, and your name. Riftbound can also store your public nickname and Rift ID, card collection, saved decks, trade offers, lobby messages, and recent activity. Browser games may store scores, match results, and gameplay progress. The website records limited button-event and page-path analytics.

02

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep your collection and decks available, operate chat and trading, maintain leaderboards and multiplayer features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand which parts of the site are useful.

03

Cookies and sessions

Riftbound uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. A Google session lasts up to seven days unless you sign out earlier. Essential hosting and security services may also process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

04

Sharing and public activity

Your email address is not shown to other players. Your chosen nickname, Rift ID, lobby messages, leaderboard entries, and trade activity can be visible to other players. Account information may be processed by Google for sign-in and by service providers that host or secure the website.

05

Retention and your choices

Signing out removes the local session cookie. Account and game data may remain while needed to provide the service, protect its integrity, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access or delete your Riftbound account data by contacting the studio.

06

Safety and updates

The services are not directed to children under 13. Please do not post personal or sensitive information in public chat. We may update this policy as the games and community features change; the revision date above will show the latest version.
